Ciela was presented to the Hellenic Business Council in Bulgaria
The CEO of Ciela, Vesselin Todorov, presented the business activity of the company before the members of the Hellenic Business Council in Bulgaria (HBCB). The event “Members to members presentations” took place on the 25th of September at Sheraton Hotel and gathered more than 150 representatives of Greek companies operating in Bulgaria. The aim of the event is to introduce all new members of the organization and to provide them with the opportunity to greet the other ones. HBCB (Hellenic Business Council in Bulgaria) is a non-profit nongovernmental organization founded in 2005 with the purpose of encouraging mutual dialogue between the government and business representatives in a way that helps progressive economic policy between the two countries.

Ciela will be orking out e-register of the Registry agency
Ciela Norma has concluded a contract with the Registry agency about creating of e-register, a platform for e-training and developments of teaching modules for online trainings. The contract has been concluded as a result of a won public order, financed by operative program Administrative capacity. Total amount of the deliveries is 420 000 BGN. The execution has to be completed till the middle of September.

Ciela Norma together with law agency Georgiev, Todorov and Co has won the first stage
“Analysis, identification and registering of the primary administrators of data and their services in the register of e-government” which is a part of thr biggest project in the area of the e-government “Development of the administrative service in electronic manner”. Commission gave the maximum of 100 points of the offer, which reconfirmed the extreme professionalism of Ciela in projecting and developing of information systems for the administration. Price of the contract is 2 394 000 BGN.

Ciela has received a charter
In the presence of minister of labor and social policy Totyu Mlacenov, deputy-minister Zornitsa Roussinova, the executive director of the Employment agency Kamelia Lozanova and the executive director of “”Major labor inspection” Rumyana Mihailova, Ciela Norma Ltd was honored for the most successful project offer by a scheme of no-resource financing BG051PO001-2.3.02 “Safe work”, according to operative program “Development of human resources”. The executive director of Ciela received a charter and a contract for realizing of the project “Improvement of the work terms in Ciela Norma Ltd” on a special ceremony organized by the Employment agency.

Ciela donated climbing frames to 3th and 5th kindergartens in Poduyane region
Children of 5th kindergarten, Poduyane region, sang and danced for Ciela and Econt Express. Both companies made donation for two kindergartens in the region – playground equipment for the kindergartens’ yards. On 19th of January 2012 officially were handed in letters of grateful acknowledgement from 3th and 5th kindergartens and children presented a special concert which was their expression of their joy for the new climbing frames. This donation from Ciela and Econt Express is already a tradition. Last year both companies donated for other two kindergartens equipment for playing.

On 9th and 10th of February 2012 Ciela traditionally gathered its distributors from the country for annual working meeting
In two days were presented and discussed new developments in law-information systems, t was presented the trade policy of Ciela. It was also presented the new monthly issue of Ciela – the magazine Norma. After the serious working part, the distributors woth the best financial results were praised. Nearly 500 visited Ciela’s seminar in Sofia
All of the participants were employees of the Public administration and the seminars were organized for them as specialists – economists, jurists and IT. For the three days seminars were chosen subjects which were answering topical problems interesting for the specialists in their professional activities.

Ciela will modernize its printing house with the newest technics for a digital print
Ciela has won non-resource finance for the amount of 997 000 BGN as a part of the financing concerning buying and introducing of new technical capacities into its printing house. Donating is according to an operation „Technological renovation in the companies“. Total price of the project is 1 660 000 BGN. After its successful realization Ciela will be possessing the most modern technics for a digital printing of books.

The best IT project for 2011 is worked out by Ciela
The competition “IT project of the year” for 2010 was lead few weeks ago. Ciela takes part in it in a category called “Public organizations” with its project “Municipality Stara Zagora – for better administrative service with e-government”. In a closed contest between nine nominations in this category, the project, worked out by a consortium including David Holding, Ciela and Cnsys deserves the 1st place. Last year, in April, Ciela announced that the work on the project of Municipality Stara Zagora is about to start.

Ciela wishes good luck to the graduating students of Sofia University
On the 18th of June in the Sofia University St Kliment Ohridski on an official ceremony was given diplomas to the graduating students from Juridical Faculty. At the meeting passed with lots of applauses, took a place also Ciela which gave to the excellent students juridical literature and to the young jurists access to Ciela Regulations through Ciela Net.

Ciela opened an academic book shop and law-information centre in Sofia University
On the 9th of June Ciela opened two new objects on the territory of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski in Sofia. The academic book shop is situated near the Aula, and law-information centre is on the place of the former juridical book shop and offers a big range of juridical literature.

Ciela, as a part of consortium ACN Consulting has won the auction of National institution of Statistics for development and incorporate of information system Counting 2011. Based on this project will be developed information system which will be used for preserving and treatment of the data from the national counting which will be made at the beginning of the next year.

CIELA and ECONT EXPRESS invested into joy for children by donating on two nursery schools six playground equipments
Several weeks ago, the mayor of Sofia, Mrs. Iordanka Fandukova and the mayor of municipality Poduiane, Mrs. Eva Mitova, opened the new-constructed children’s equipments.
The two nursery schools, “Zhar ptitsa” and “Zvunche” received three playground equipments for each of them. With this project Econt and Ciela express their social engagement to the children in municipality Poduiane, where are situated the logistic center of Econt and the new, modern office building of Ciela.
The official guests were welcomed by the children with songs and dances, good mood, smiles and applauses were there during the whole celebration.
At the opening children received even more presents for more than 4 000 BGN.

Ciela has won the biggest software auction in Bulgaria for 2010
Ciela has won the biggest software auction in Bulgaria for 2010, as a part of Consortium VCA, together with the companies Vereo and Abbaty. The winner is chosen by a commission, nominated by the Minister of Finance. The auction is for export activities concerning management of IT services in the system of the Ministry of Finance.
