On the 18th of June in the Sofia University St Kliment Ohridski on an official ceremony was given diplomas to the graduating students from Juridical Faculty. At the meeting passed with lots of applauses, took a place also Ciela which gave to the excellent students juridical literature and to the young jurists access to Ciela Regulations through Ciela Net.

On the 9th of June Ciela opened two new objects on the territory of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski in Sofia. The academic book shop is situated near the Aula, and law-information centre is on the place of the former juridical book shop and offers a big range of juridical literature.

Ciela, as a part of consortium ACN Consulting has won the auction of National institution of Statistics for development and incorporate of information system Counting 2011. Based on this project will be developed information system which will be used for preserving and treatment of the data from the national counting which will be made at the beginning of the next year.

During the last half of the year Ciela gave to all of its clients the new version Ciela 5.0 without protection and with open license.

What is new in Ciela 5.0 is that it offers uniform interface for all products included in it. This circumstance has made impression to some of the users that Ciela 5.0 is one common commercial product with one common prize but actually represents a software platform which contents 14 separate products with separate rights for access.

The new version of Ciela 5.0 is already available on Ciela Flash.

The clients who use Ciela Flash and would like to move to the new version need to change their old 4 GB USB-flash with new ones – 16 GB. To make this change you can contact your distributor or make a call to the Ciela office.

Several weeks ago, the mayor of Sofia, Mrs. Iordanka Fandukova and the mayor of municipality Poduiane, Mrs. Eva Mitova, opened the new-constructed children’s equipments.

The two nursery schools, “Zhar ptitsa” and “Zvunche” received three playground equipments for each of them. With this project Econt and Ciela express their social engagement to the children in municipality Poduiane, where are situated the logistic center of Econt and the new, modern office building of Ciela.

The official guests were welcomed by the children with songs and dances, good mood, smiles and applauses were there during the whole celebration.

At the opening children received even more presents for more than 4 000 BGN.

We would like to inform you that the new version of Ciela Net, in contrast to the previous, the Login system already recognize little and CAPITAL letters when you type your passwords.
In case the system shows you a message for a wrong user or password, please check carefully if you have written the letters correctly.

Ciela has won the biggest software auction in Bulgaria for 2010, as a part of Consortium VCA, together with the companies Vereo and Abbaty. The winner is chosen by a commission, nominated by the Minister of Finance. The auction is for export activities concerning management of IT services in the system of the Ministry of Finance.

Two months after its premiere in Bulgarian cinemas, Mission London still shows marvelous success.
The film is after Alek Popov’s novel of the same name published by Ciela. The production, which has gathered worldwide big stars as Alan Ford, Ralf Brown, Rosemary Leach, some of the biggest names in Bulgarian cinema as Julian Vergov, Ana Papadopoulu, Liubimir Neikov, Ernestina Shinova, etc., have gained even more incomes than James Cameron’s super-production Avatar.

Ciela, as a part of consortium Electronic management, concludes an agreement with municipality Stara Zagora about development and incorporate of a system for integrated administrative service and deliver of public services.

Ciela soft and publishing AD, as a leading organization combined efforts with ITCE – a partner, to increase qualification and productivity of its stuff. An expression of these efforts is their common project: Development of human resource in the range of information technologies.

According to the audit report of Ciela soft and publishing AD for 2009, net incomes from sales from basic activity of the company have increased, compared with these in 2008, with 40 % and have reached 15 503 000 BGN, and total incomes of the company have increased with 42 % and have reached 16 831 000 BGN. The increase of the profit before taxes is 128 % up to 497 000 BGN. These results prove the position of Ciela as a leading supplier of law and reference software and also as one of the biggest book publishers and book trades in Bulgaria.
